0. Your Name is helpful but if you don’t want to give it, we are fine with that.

1. What site you signed up for.

2. Your Account Name at that site

3. Enter your correct e-mail address because many times we need that to pay you.

4. Let us know how you want to be paid.  Currently we can play you via player transfer at any site we offer RakeEscape.  We can also pay via Paypal.  If you have another method, we should be able accommodate you as long as it allows US players to set up an account.
